Beginning Sunday morning at 9:30 A.M. and ending last night around 9:30 P.M. (Nova Scotia time. Which is a different time zone than us Virginians.), my parents and I completed the looooooong journey from RVA to Halifax, Nova Scotia. I must say, I'm quite glad that's done with and I think I'm content to not be in a car until maaaybe August 31st in Galway. Nonetheless, it was gorgeous and I loved each of the states and provinces we went through. Many thanks to my mom for completely the treacherous task of driving it!
But tomorrow is when the real adventure begins. I board at 8:20 in the morning. I pretty much can't sleep and I'm terrified that I forgot something. And I probably did. It is me after all.
But mostly I'm excited. Stoked. Totally JAZZED. I JUST CAN'T WAIT.
But really.
I'm already meeting TONS of SAS people everywhere I go.
More to come, folks. Plenty more.
"Adventure is out there!"
